Certificate in Food Service Management
The Online Certificate in Food Service Management is designed to prepare students to manage at a competent level of knowledge and skill in the food service industry and help students gain a deeper insight into food management areas for job enrichment, promotional consideration or possible future positions. The Certificate in Food Service Management requires completion of four courses: HTM 250 Food Service Management, HTM 255 Hospitality Risk and Sanitation Management, HT-MGT 334 Event Management, and HTM 455 Critical Issues in Food Service management. Required courses will be taught each year during the months of June - December.
